Welcome to Chand Transport. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Chand Transport's Website and logistical transportation services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Chand Transport's website or request services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Carriage and Cargo Responsibilities
All bookings are governed by standard Indian carriage laws. The consignor is responsible for ensuring that all cargo dimensions, weights, and descriptions declared in our inquiry forms are accurate.
It is the consignor's responsibility to provide valid legal documentation, including GST invoice details and E-Way bills, prior to vehicle loading. Chand Transport reserves the right to reject carriage of any cargo that lacks legal dispatch documentation.
3. Loading, Unloading and Lashing
While Chand Transport offers coordination, primary loading and unloading are managed by the consignor and consignee unless specified otherwise in contracts. Our staff secures cargo (such as steel coils) with specialized binders to ensure road safety.
4. Liability Limitations
Chand Transport will not be held liable for transit delays caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, national blockades, or sudden road closures.
5. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from transportation bookings or website use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
